Did was so good as always... they are very accommodating and eager to please.... one of my favorite places to eat no matter what town I'm in... love the lettuce wraps and honey chicken.... the pot stickers are delicious!!

First time here … let’s just it was amazing! Our bartender Scott was amazing I asked him to suprise me for a drink and was amazing! Food was great funny relaxing great place !! Definitely gonna come back just for a great experience!

Wow. Where to start with the big PF. Service was incredible and attentive. I think the name was Kris? Remarkable. The food was yummerz… hurmphh so full.. the ONLY thing i would change is the music. It’s very POP but i would love some classic asian bangers such as Yi Jian Mei, Gangnam Style, or Pinky Up. TRULY A PF CHANGS

I am disappointed in my most recent visit to Chang's.. the manager was definitely not present in his role, for he approached me with indifference, perhaps Bec I am a woman, or I was dressed casual, but it was as if "dead on arrival" - no.one home . There was a discrepancy in the bill. I was told I could change out my protein, but I wD charged extra for the change out. The manager offered no compensation for their mistake. The manager ignored me and shaded me is if he didn't have the time to help me. I have been to this restaurant three times before. Excellent service and management. This was the worst. The food and service were great. The waitress was new, she did an exceptional job. The manager did not. I won't come back after this. Just wondering, is this guy on his way out?

Wonderful waitress, she was amazing spoiling our party of 7, and the food and drinks and birthday deserts for our 2 family members was awesome!
